My name is Rodrigo Ruiz and I am a finance and real estate professional with over 10 years of experience on the institutional side of commercial real estate. Before founding RZR Advisory, I spent the previous five years on the CRE warehouse lending team at Goldman Sachs, where I co-managed a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of commercial real estate loans. 

While the core of my experience was in commercial real estate analysis, managing a portfolio that size meant thinking like a business owner too. I worked on automating processes, optimizing dashboards, improving workflows, and finding smarter ways to do more with less. That combination of financial rigor and operational efficiency thinking is what allowed our team to see the full picture and make better decisions. Now, as a business owner myself, I know firsthand what it's like to wear every hat, build your own tools, and doing more on a much smaller budget.

I founded RZR Advisory to bring that same combination of skills to people who need it most.
