Refund policy

RZR Advisory (RZR Commercial Real Estate Advisory LLC) sells digital products only. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds, returns or cancellations will be issued once a purchase is completed and the download link has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or situations where the template did not meet expectations that were not explicitly stated in the product description. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, screenshots, and any available previews carefully before purchasing.

That said, we stand behind every product we sell. If you experience a technical issue within 14 days of purchase, such as a corrupted file, a download link that does not work, or a file that does not open as intended, please contact us at info@rzrcre.com and we will make it right. Technical issues outside of these circumstances or reported after 14 days are not covered.
