When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. RZR Advisory reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until RZR Advisory confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as RZR Advisory may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal, household, or business use and not for commercial resale or redistribution.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All products sold through RZR Advisory are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Upon completing your purchase you will receive an email with a secure download link to access your purchased template or product. Delivery is instant and automated upon payment confirmation.
If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to access your download, contact us at info@rzrcre.com and we will resolve it promptly.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to email delivery issues caused by your email provider or spam filters.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, templates, tools, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by RZR Advisory or its licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use purchased digital products for your personal, household, or internal business use only. Digital templates purchased through the Services are licensed for use by the purchaser and their immediate team. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of purchased templates outside of your organization is strictly prohibited.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, resell, or transmit any purchased template or other material from the Services without our prior written consent. RZR Advisory is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with RZR Advisory. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with RZR Advisory.
